Nutritional Pointers


I will be creating recipe's based off the rotation diet which is proven to help you lose weight and have more energy. You can eat as much as you like on these days and sticking to what your metabolic type is wheither it be a protein, carbohydrate based body type.

I can help you figure out what metabolic type you are.

But first you need to ask yourself a few questions:

What processes has your food been through? - chemicals, sprays etc. Of course it is important to try and eat organic certified foods but those foods do not always meet our budget requirements. so instead I ask you to think about what bad oils, marinades you put on your foods and where you purchase your foods.

We are conditioned to believe that we need milk and dairy for calcium, calcium is necessary for the growth and maintenance of strong teeth and bones. Yet we recieve calcium through leafy greens, kale, broccoli, beans and fish. Soya milk is not a good option since it is not properly fermented and is hugely processed.

Processed foods mean you do not eat the individual macronutrients so you do not know what your body responds well to.

When am i eating?

How often are you eating? - are you snacking well every 4-5 hours?

If you allow your body to have big gaps inbetween meals it shuts down your metabolism and can create stress. There are steps you can take and when to structure your meals In order to keep yourself in the power zone mentally, physically and emotionally.

There are steps you must take which are crucial to sustaining lifestyle changes, the heart needs something sustainable.

Another point i would make about food is the importance of Coconut oil. Jo Rushton tells of some great benefits of Coconut oil in one of her seminars.
